Here at BCTG Skills Centre we are always on the look our for new employers who would be interested in taking on apprentices, we work closely with all our employers, so everyone involved gets the most out of the experience.

We are looking for people to help us develop the next generation of tradespeople, employing an apprentice is a cost-effective way of getting the skills you need, whilst, at the same time teaching your apprentice to the standard you want in lines with what the company offer in return our employers will receive an enthusiastic learner for 8 weeks and at the end of the placement a government backed £1000.00 grant as an incentive.

All our learners are aged between 16-18 and have all completed Level 1 award in Health and Safety in a construction environment. We are currently looking for employers in Carpentry and Joiner, Plastering, Bricklaying and Fenestration but we also offer other courses too.
